I'm Gagan Kumar. My strongest work is on the frontend and product surface—AI-powered workflows, workflow orchestration, and the layer where a complex stack still has to feel obvious to the person using it.

At Astra Security I design and build the frontend architecture for Attack AI—scalable agent-driven experiences, AI Validator integration, and platform capabilities that improve automation and operational efficiency across the product.

I also led frontend modernization—React 19, Next.js 15, TanStack Query v5, Tailwind v4—and own strategic initiatives from dashboard modernization to enterprise customization. The surface and the machinery have to agree.

Final-year Masters project built solo—full-featured project management with tasks, role-based analytics dashboards, and real-time group chat per project. Firebase Realtime Database for live messaging, Firestore for task state, and Storage for attachments; role-aware dashboards for admins vs members.
